Sara’s current practice includes travel to three locations assisting physicians with outpatient care. These locations are: Boat Club, Rosedale and Mira Vista offices. She joined our practice in August 2010 after relocating to the area with her family. Prior to joining Fort Worth Heart Sara practiced for 5 years in the hospital setting as an adult acute care nurse practitioner.
